Research and Development
Our New Products Development Department has four project teams, employing 38 professional technical personnel and more than ten resident experts. All of these staff have graduated from technical colleges and universities.Using CAD, CAM and CAE systems, in addition to advanced digitally controlled equipments, we have designed many new products that stand at the forefront of the market. Some of these series have won patents, and have filled market gaps at home and abroad. Due to our strong technical capability and advanced apparatus, all products have been well received in the market. Moreover, we have established long-term business cooperation and technical liaison with many customers around the world.

Description:We purchased two sets of mold processing centers from the American HASS company in November 2000. Featuring fast cutting speeds, good steel performance and high precision, these equipments are used for processing complicated mold cavities, poles and copying models. Their orientation tolerance is 0.005mm and G00 speed is 36m/minute. More than 40 cutters can be used with these equipments, making them are ideal for general processing and trial-making of metal cavity molds.
